Payments made online are made in a secure manner and we do not need to know the banking information provided for payment, which remains the responsibility of the bank or of PayPal. If you have provided us with your bank account details (RIB or IBAN), they are kept in a secure manner in accordance with the GDPR standards.

2. Use of information, confidentiality and disclosure to third parties

Textures collects the information collected on our site. All the information that we gather is used only for internal purposes, among which could be:

  • To perform services
  • To inform you about new services 
  • To send out mailings
  • To conduct market research

This does not include trusted third parties, like our website builder that help us to operate our website, implement or modify our management program or conduct our affairs, as long as these parties agree to treat this information as confidential.

Textures takes measures in order to keep (any) loss of personal data, a data leak, to an absolute minimum. Until your request is processed, you will continue to receive information about your order. Requesting an estimate, information or a service implies irrevocable approval from you to use the email address provided, as well as acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
