We collect information when you connect to our site, when you request a price quote or information, or when you place an order, so that we can issue a quotation for your interpreting, translation or teaching services and/or for the performance of the services. For a company, the name of our contact(s), their email address(es) and telephone number(s) are also recorded. The information necessary for billing will also remain in our possession. Payments made online are made in a secure manner and we do not need to know the banking information provided for payment, which remains the responsibility of the bank or of PayPal. If you have provided us with your bank account details (RIB or IBAN), they are kept in a secure manner in accordance with the GDPR standards.


2. Use of information, confidentiality and disclosure to third parties

Textures collects the information collected on our site. All the information that we gather is used only for internal purposes, among which could be:

  • To perform services
  • To inform you about new services 
  • To send out mailings
  • To conduct market research 


The information collected will never be sold, exchanged, transferred or turned over to any other company for any reason whatsoever, except in the case of an official request from the competent authorities in such matters who must conduct legal investigations on unlawful activities, presumed fraud or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations against our conditions of use, or when the law requires that we provide this information. This does not include trusted third parties, like our website builder that help us to operate our website, implement or modify our management program or conduct our affairs, as long as these parties agree to treat this information as confidential.

Textures takes measures in order to keep (any) loss of personal data, a data leak, to an absolute minimum. If, despite all the measures taken, a data leak nonetheless occurs and your personal data are lost and serious damage can be expected to your privacy, we will inform you of this without delay.

6. Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe at any time and will no longer receive information about our services by sending an email to haveaword@texturestranslat.es with your details, including `revocation of permission´ in the Subject. Until your request is processed, you will continue to receive information about your order. Requesting an estimate, information or a service implies irrevocable approval from you to use the email address provided, as well as acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
